About Me: Suzi Drew
Reading has always been a big part of my life, and I spent a lot of my teen years stuffed away in my room with a book, sometimes reading with a flashlight under the covers when I was supposed to be sleeping. I started writing several stories as a kid but never actually finished anything, and then I took a big break from writing that lasted well into adulthood.
I began writing seriously in 2010 and wrote a bunch of adult novels. Then an idea hit for a story about two teens that takes place at a lake, and I wrote that one. The ideas kept coming, and I continued to write even more. I fell in love with the young adult genre and spent a lot of time reading and writing in it. I’ve also written and published adult stories under the name Suzi Wieland.
My non-writing life includes my family and friends, my sweet and fluffy dog, and an awesome job editing with CookieLynn Publishing. Reading was always a big part of my life, and now I’m glad to be immersed in the writing side too.
